Welcome to OroVex ("OroVex", "we", "us", or "our"). OroVex is a digital gold trading platform that provides eligible users with access to digital gold-related services through our mobile applications, website, and other digital services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OroVex Services. By creating an account, accessing the OroVex platform, or using any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms, policies, disclosures, or rules that may apply to specific features or Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the OroVex Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OroVex. You should read them carefully before using the Services.

The Services do not constitute a bank deposit, savings account, investment fund, insurance product, or guaranteed investment unless expressly stated otherwise in official OroVex documentation.
Digital gold prices may fluctuate. The value of your digital gold holdings may increase or decrease based on movements in the applicable gold market and other factors.
You acknowledge that purchasing or holding digital gold involves market risk and that you may receive less than the amount originally paid when selling or redeeming your holdings.
OroVex does not guarantee that you will make a profit or avoid losses by using the Services.
Historical gold prices, market performance, charts, price movements, or other information displayed through the Services are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee future performance.
Nothing provided by OroVex should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or representation that the value of gold will increase or that any particular return will be achieved.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether digital gold is suitable for your individual financial circumstances, objectives, and risk tolerance.
To access certain OroVex Services, you may be required to create an account.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to promptly update your information if it changes.

OroVex will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate account security, except where such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
OroVex may require you to complete identity verification before accessing certain features or transaction limits.
Verification may include providing personal information, government-issued identification documents, proof of address, photographs, or other information reasonably required to verify your identity.
OroVex may use third-party identity verification, compliance, fraud prevention, and screening providers to assist with these processes.

OroVex is committed to preventing the use of its Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, and other illegal activities.
We may conduct customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, fraud checks, and other compliance procedures as required or permitted by applicable law.
OroVex may delay, reject, restrict, suspend, or review transactions where we reasonably believe that the transaction may involve fraud, financial crime, unlawful activity, sanctions concerns, or regulatory risk.
Where legally required or permitted, OroVex may report suspicious activity or transactions to relevant authorities without notifying you.
Where the purchase feature is available, eligible users may purchase digital gold through supported payment methods and at the applicable price displayed or confirmed by OroVex at the time of the transaction.
A purchase request may be subject to applicable fees, transaction limits, payment processing requirements, verification requirements, market conditions, and system availability.
A transaction is considered completed only when OroVex confirms the transaction through the platform or another official communication channel.
OroVex may reject or cancel a transaction where permitted by applicable law, including where payment fails, verification requirements are not satisfied, technical errors occur, suspicious activity is detected, or the transaction cannot be processed for legal, regulatory, operational, or security reasons.
Where available, eligible users may sell digital gold holdings through the OroVex platform at the applicable selling price displayed or confirmed at the time of the transaction.
The price at which digital gold is sold may differ from the price at which it is purchased. Applicable spreads, fees, taxes, processing charges, or other costs may apply.
The amount credited to you following a sale may therefore be different from the amount originally paid when acquiring the digital gold.
Once a sale has been confirmed and processed, it may not be reversible except where required by applicable law or where OroVex determines that a correction or reversal is necessary.
OroVex may display live, near-live, indicative, reference, or otherwise applicable gold prices through the Services.
Prices may be sourced from market data providers, liquidity providers, gold markets, or other sources and may change frequently.
Prices displayed within the application may differ from prices available from other sources due to market conditions, spreads, fees, timing, currency conversion, liquidity, and other factors.
The applicable transaction price is the price confirmed by OroVex at the time the transaction is successfully executed, subject to the applicable transaction terms.
OroVex does not guarantee that displayed prices will always be available, accurate to the second, or identical to prices displayed by third parties.
Where supported, eligible users may transfer or gift digital gold to another eligible OroVex user.
You are responsible for ensuring that recipient information is accurate before confirming a transfer or gift.
Transfers or gifts may be subject to identity verification, transaction limits, security checks, applicable fees, and other restrictions.
Once a transfer or gift has been successfully completed, it may not be reversible unless permitted by the Services, authorized by the recipient, required by law, or determined by OroVex to be necessary due to fraud, error, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons.
OroVex is not responsible for transfers sent to an incorrect recipient where the error resulted from information provided or confirmed by you.
Where physical or other redemption options are available, eligible users may request redemption of qualifying digital gold holdings in accordance with the applicable redemption terms.
Redemption may be subject to minimum quantities, availability, applicable fees, taxes, delivery charges, processing times, geographic restrictions, identity verification, and other conditions.
The physical form, weight, purity, packaging, delivery method, and availability of redeemed gold may be subject to the specific redemption option selected.
OroVex may suspend or restrict redemption services where required by law, unavailable due to operational conditions, affected by supply limitations, or necessary for security or compliance reasons.
Payments must be made using payment methods supported by OroVex or its authorized payment partners.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for a transaction.
OroVex may use third-party payment processors, banks, mobile money providers, card networks, or other financial service providers to process payments.
Payment transactions may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
OroVex may delay, reject, or reverse a transaction where permitted by law if payment is unauthorized, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
OroVex may charge fees for certain Services, including applicable transaction fees, spreads, payment processing charges, withdrawal fees, redemption fees, delivery charges, or other service-related charges.
Any applicable fees will be disclosed through the Services or applicable transaction information before you complete a transaction where reasonably practicable.
You are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before confirming a transaction.
OroVex may change its fees from time to time. Changes will not normally affect transactions that have already been completed unless required by law or necessary to correct an error.
You are responsible for determining and complying with any tax obligations arising from your use of the Services, including any applicable taxes relating to purchases, sales, transfers, gifts, redemptions, gains, income, or other transactions.
OroVex may collect, report, or withhold taxes where required by applicable law.
You should obtain independent professional tax advice where necessary.
OroVex may establish minimum and maximum limits for deposits, purchases, sales, transfers, gifts, withdrawals, redemptions, or other transactions.
Limits may vary depending on your verification status, account level, jurisdiction, payment method, risk profile, regulatory requirements, or other applicable factors.
OroVex may change transaction limits at any time where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, risk management, operational, or commercial reasons.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination or obligations that are intended to survive termination.
If you believe that a transaction was processed incorrectly, you should contact OroVex support as soon as possible and provide sufficient information to allow us to investigate.
OroVex may investigate transaction errors and, where appropriate, correct records or reverse transactions in accordance with applicable law and operational procedures.
Where an error results from inaccurate information supplied by you, OroVex may be unable to reverse or correct the transaction.
All intellectual property rights in the OroVex Services, including the OroVex name, trademarks, logos, designs, software, interfaces, text, graphics, content, databases, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to OroVex unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or exploit OroVex intellectual property without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
If you submit content to OroVex, including support messages, feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to submit such content.
You grant OroVex permission to use such content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, abusive, misleading, or infringes the rights of another person.
OroVex may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, identity verification providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers, financial institutions, and other service providers.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
OroVex is not responsible for the availability, performance, content, policies, or actions of third-party services that OroVex does not control.
We aim to provide reliable and secure Services but do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or accessible at all times.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, network issues, cybersecurity incidents, third-party service interruptions, market conditions, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
OroVex may temporarily suspend or restrict Services where reasonably necessary to protect users, maintain security, perform maintenance, or comply with applicable law.
You acknowledge that digital gold services involve financial and market risks.
Gold prices may fluctuate due to economic conditions, market demand, currency movements, interest rates, geopolitical events, inflation expectations, and other factors.
Technology-related risks may also include system failures, connectivity issues, cybersecurity incidents, delays, software errors, data transmission failures, and interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure.
You accept these risks when using the Services and acknowledge that OroVex cannot guarantee that the Services will be free from all risks or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
OroVex does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, current, or free from errors.
Information displayed through the Services is provided for general informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
OroVex does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice through the Services.
You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding the use of digital gold and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OroVex and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.
This may include losses resulting from market movements, loss of anticipated profits, loss of opportunity, unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party service failures, network interruptions, or other indirect consequences.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law requires to remain enforceable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OroVex, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

If you have a dispute, complaint, or concern relating to OroVex, we encourage you to contact our support team first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
You agree to provide reasonable information necessary for OroVex to investigate and respond to your complaint.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any rights available to you under applicable law or from contacting a competent regulatory or governmental authority where legally entitled to do so.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
If OroVex does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
These Terms, together with the OroVex Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific Services, constitute the agreement between you and OroVex concerning your use of the Services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and additional terms applicable to a specific Service, the additional terms will apply to that specific Service to the extent of the conflict.
